ALERT!! Effective 08/08/2008, no changes will be made to CCC’s legacy website, now with Internet address www.ncompliancelegacy.com. Henceforth, www.ncompliance.com goes directly to CCC's new, dynamic, database supported website.

For many months now, CCC has been developing and testing a new, dynamic, database-supported website, which now resides at www.ncompliance.com, while at the same time maintaining this website, which is now our legacy website (www.ncompliancelegacy.com). Development of the new website was essential to allow CCC to provide dedicated sections of its website to more than 50 new clients accumulated since publication of the Final 403(b) Regulations on July 23, 2007. We chose completion of the Plan Document System on the new website as the appropriate time to migrate from the legacy website, even though considerable work remains to be done. Specifically, we will be working with Vendors through the end of calendar year 2008 to incorporate updated Vendor information into the new website. Moreover, 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP) information remains only on this legacy website, but those CCC clients for which we are managing their 457(b) Plans may continue to refer to this legacy website until the full migration has been accomplished.

We are very proud of our new website, especially the Plan Document System and the Content Management System (CMS), which allows Client Employers and Vendors to manage the content of their own sections of the website. We hope you share our enthusiasm and will create links form your own websites to your dedicated sections of the CCC website. Doing so will provide everything your employees need to know about their 403(b) Program.

If something appears to be inaccurate or out of date please contact us and let us know. Moreover, let us know if you have any suggestions for improvements or enhancements. Every attempt has been made to present complete and accurate information. The website is maintained by the District's consultant, Carruth Compliance Consulting, Inc. (CCC).

Eugene SD Relationship with CCC
CCC provides compliance assurance and plan administration services to the District on a contractual basis. CCC serves as a clearing house for administration of the District's 403(b) Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan (TSA), providing employees with the information they need to take advantage of this tax deferred retirement savings plan.

Information For Employees
CCC provides educational information about advantages of tax deferred savings in general, along with links to websites that provide useful commentary and tools. District policies, practices, and procedures are available online, along with enrollment steps, Salary Reduction Agreement forms, and instructions for changing investment companies or contribution amounts. CCC monitors contributions for IRS compliance and guarantees its calculations.

Information For Vendors
CCC serves as the clearing house for all aspects of plan administration except for the standard Payroll functions of receiving Salary Reduction Agreements, data entry into the Payroll system, and remittance of contributions to investment companies. This vendor information section is designed to assist authorized vendors in providing up-to-date company and agent information and to assist non-authorized vendors in seeking authorization.

Information For Administrators
CCC provides indemnified compliance assurance and administrative services to the District on a contractual basis. The topics found under Employee Information and Vendor Information are equally important to Business and Eugene SD Payroll Officers involved in administration of the 403(b) plan. The Employer Information section isolates several additional topics of interest only to District administrators.
